My husband had no trouble installing the holder, but it could only go on one side of the sink. Fortunately, that side works well for us. It's a great solution for hanging your dishcloth, especially in a large sink! It does get knocked off somewhat easily but can be popped back into place instantly.

Love the concept but I couldn't use it-I have an undercount stainless steel sink but my daughter gladly took it.
It works but magnet isn’t strong enough so it constantly falls off
This item has a great design, The magnets are not powerful enough nor is the hanging rod long enough. A regular kitchen fish cloth, when wet, pulls the rod off the wall of the sink. I duct taped the back magnets on the better assure pull, but still weak.

Hallo. It sound like something is not correct install. You need to fix the backside magnet with enclosed stickers. Also the magnets are very strong, but maybe you have get a version not 100% correct to your sink type. Please contact us. We want our customers to be glade for our products.
